Lisa has worked in international education for more than 20 years. Having started as an ESL teacher in Florence, Milan and Rome Italy, Lisa has worked at all levels of language teaching organizations, secondary providers and higher education providers culminating in serving as Vice President of Operations and Academics for Study Group. At the executive level, Lisa has worked with universities and high schools to design, develop and deliver pathway programs, internationalize campuses, design and develop curricula and shepherd organizations through the accreditation process. She has run intensive English programs at two universities and has been responsible for the operations of large chains of intensive English programs both in North America and Australia. She has served on the Executive Board of EnglishUSA and is a frequent peer evaluator for accrediting organizations.
